No we’re not talking about Ronaldo’s latest squeeze, but instead the goal of the weekend, month and possibly season. Have we got a little bit carried away? Yes, quite possibly. But, Nacho Novo’s strike for Rangers in the Scottish Cup final over Falkirk was an absolute gem.

The former Dundee and Raith Rovers hitman came off the bench in dramatic fashion to net the only goal of the game at Hampden Park, which gave the Gers a 33rd cup success.

After receiving the ball from a harmless looking throw on, Novo lets fly with devastating effect smashing the ball past a flailing Dani Mallo.
